I offer 3 standard coaching packages: Bronze, Silver and Gold. The Bronze package is good for individuals who need help with the development of a training plan, daily workout instructions and weekly performance feedback. Unlike the other packages, the Bronze program does not offer one-on-one coaching and only provides limited communication between coach and client. The Silver package also provides assistance with the development of a periodized training regimen, daily workout instructions and weekly performance feedback. In addition, it offers 90 minutes of one-on-one coaching each month, unlimited communication between coach and client, race/event coaching and monthly field testing with training zone updates. It's an excellent program for serious recreational riders and competitive cyclists alike. The Gold package is the ultimate program for elite competitive cyclists. It provides all of the benefits of the Bronze and Silver packages and includes 135 minutes of one-on-one coaching each month, unlimited training plan revisions, daily workout reviews with performance feedback, off-the-bike strength training and flexibility coaching, nutritional assessment and performance weight coaching.
