I provide coaching programs for athletes who want to improve their performance on the bike, individuals who want to live a healthier lifestyle, and personal trainers, athletic coaches and entrepreneurs who want to build successful businesses. Cycle-Max Coaching will help you assess your current fitness level, identify your strengths and weaknesses, set SMART goals, develop a customized training program, apply effective nutritional practices, and assess your progress on a continuous basis. Healthy Life Coaching will help you improve your fitness, lose weight, reduce stress and enhance your work-life balance. Business Coaching will help you identify a vision for your business, create a plan for achieving that vision, and identify information, resources and tools you can use to implement that plan.
