The Fitness Toolkit

The Fitness Toolkit will provide you with tools, tips, techniques and resources you can use to improve health, lose weight, enhance fitness, reduce stress and balance your life.  You will find these resources in four areas:

  1. Cycling Workouts - High impact cycling workouts you can download and use on a continuous basis to improve your cycling performance.

  2. Training Plans for Cyclists - Training plans you can download and use to improve your cycling performance.

  3. Speed and Cadence Charts - Consists of 3 charts that I discuss during my Performance Gearing and Shifting webinars for cyclists, triathletes and their coaches.

  4. Fitness Blog - Overview of my Fitness Corner Blog, which provides readers with frequent, up-to-date information on a wide variety of health, fitness, nutrition and exercise topics.

  5. Fitness Tools - Information sheets you can download and use on a continuous basis to assess your fitness status, design an exercise program and improve your diet (e.g., Body Mass Index Chart, Glycemic Index).
