Client ProjectsUSA Cycling (2008 - Present) Facilitate webinars for USA Cycling certified coaches on a variety of topics including How to Build a Six-Figure Coaching Business, 10 Simple Ways to Market Your Coaching Business and the ABC's of Pricing. For a complete list of webinars and program descriptions visit the webinar page. Detroit Public Library (2009) Facilitated the Ten Commandments of Fitness for managers, supervisors and employees. This program described the state of fitness in America and identified ten steps individuals can take to create a fitness lifestyle that maximizes health and performance. For a complete list of health and fitness seminars visit the seminar page. Detroit Regional Chamber (2008) Facilitated a series of health and fitness seminars for their wellness program. These seminars included How to Start a Successful Exercise Program, Nutrition for Health and Performance, and Training for Sports Performance. Volkswagen of America (2007) Created a Flexible Work Environment program for the company. Activities included the development of two, 3-hour Flexible Work Environment workshops for managers and employees, the creation and implementation of a Train-the-Trainer program to teach VW trainers to facilitate the 3-hour workshops, and an evaluation of program effectiveness. Consultation also included the development of training manuals and educational materials. ASTD Detroit Keynote Presentation (2007) Facilitated a keynote presentation for ASTD Detroit members on Health, Fitness and Job Performance. The presentation described the 5 steps organizations can take to promote employee health and fitness, and the 10 steps individuals can take to develop a Fitness Lifestyle. Ann Arbor Research Collaborative for Health (2007) Facilitated How to Beat Stress and Balance Your Life workshop for managers, supervisors and employees. The session described 4 steps organizations can take to better manage workplace stress, and 10 steps individuals can take to reduce personal stress on a daily basis, and to enhance their work-life balance. Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Growth (2006) Facilitated Health, Fitness and Job Performance for the Office of Financial and Insurance Services within the State of Michigan. The session described the state of fitness in America, and introduced the 10 Commandments of Fitness, which are steps participants can take to lose weight, improve their health and fitness, and enhance their work-life balance.
