Individual Coaching Sessions $99/session
I provide 1-hour coaching sessions for cyclists and
multisport athletes who need assistance with a particular problem or issue, but
are not yet Cycle-Max Coaching clients.
This can include a review of your current training plan, assistance with the
use of a power meter, tips for increasing power on the bike, the development of
your fitness assessment program, the creation of lactate threshold heart rate
training zones and/or power-based training levels, the evaluation of your racing
season, the development of SMART goals, the development of a race strategy,
assistance with a nutrition/hydration problem, equipment advice such as bike
selection and much more!
