It is with great pleasure that I announce the publication of my first book, Training and Coaching the Competitive Cyclist.  This book will be released by DSWFitness  during the summer of 2010 as part of a home-study course that will provide cycling, triathlon and fitness coaches with continuing education credits (CEUs).  The book is geared toward coaches who want to learn how to guide and improve cycling performance in athletes.  It will provide you with all the information you need to help your clients maximize their cycling potential.  Specifically, as a result of this book and course, you will be able to:
